It is no doubt that the second week of the year is a bright one for media personality Shiela ‘Salta’ Saltofte following the announcement of having joined NRG radio Kenya.
The former presenter of “527 on Urban” shared the good news of inking pen to paper through her Twitter account where she disclosed that she will be kick-starting her new role on Monday 16th January 2023.
The mother of one will be hosting the “Drive” show which airs from 3 pm to 7 pm that runs daily from Monday to Friday.
She went ahead to disclose that she will be co-hosting the evening show with Dj Vans and Seanpreezyy as she requested her fans from Uganda to always tune in to 106.5 FM to listen to her lovely voice.

Sheila Salta’s move to join NRG Radio did not come as a shock to many based on the rumors that have since June 2022 been making rounds hinting that she was on the brink of throwing in the towel at the Next Media Park.
The rumors arose following Sheila Salta’s absentia from the NBS TV Katch Up show that she hosts as a new face of Galaxy FM presenter Viana Indi was seen filling in for her.
The reports made rounds with information revealing that she had decided to take a break from TV to focus on her personal life, raising her son, and emceeing at different gigs.
