The Uganda Certificate of Education Examinations (UCE) results were released on Thursday this week. A lot of focus has been put on those students who passed. No one seems to recognize those who failed. It is like they are invisible.
A total of 349,459 students successfully sat for the exams that were held last year in October. However, when the results were announced, 15, 756 of these students had failed. This is a huge number for sure.
