The Parliament of Uganda has released the official programme for the special sitting that will pay tribute to the late Rt. Hon. Gen. (Rtd) Moses Ali, scheduled to take place tomorrow (Tuesday).
Gen. Moses Ali, the former Third Deputy Prime Minister, passed away on Saturday evening after a prolonged illness.
President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is expected to attend the special sitting, with his arrival scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Proceedings will officially commence at 10:00 a.m.
Parliament has also published the full order of events for the special sitting, outlining how the day’s proceedings will unfold as the nation honours the veteran statesman.
