Singer Irene Ntale has assured fans that she is recovering steadily after undergoing a fibroids surgery, saying she hopes her experience will encourage other women facing the same condition to seek treatment and never lose hope.
The singer recently revealed she had undergone the procedure after responding to a woman’s social media post about fibroid surgery.
In her comment, Ntale shared that doctors in Uganda successfully removed 30 fibroids through a vertical incision, a revelation that quickly made headlines across social media and entertainment platforms before she was ready to publicly tell her story.
In a heartfelt statement posted on her social media accounts, Ntale admitted she had planned to share her health journey in her own time, but believes the unexpected attention may have happened for a greater purpose.
