On January 11, 2023, in the late hours of the day, a voice note that was allegedly recorded by renowned social commentator and City businessman Mr. Frank Gashumba leaked to the public.
The audio is making rounds on social media and has set the general public speaking in tongues as many are left wondering, what might have upset Mr. Frank and his beloved daughter.
In the video, Mr. Frank Gashumba can be heard talking to Diana, explaining to her how he is so angry at his daughter for allegedly being reckless with her way of doing things. Frank explained how he has spent a lot of money on Sheilla, by taking her to world-class schools including Taibah International School, Galaxy international, and Kabojja international school. It is at these schools that Frank spent a fortune to see that his daughter becomes the best of her generation.
Frank also stated that Sheila left home prematurely and went on to link up with people of bad company who must have misled her into making wrong decisions. He also intimates that at one point in time, he had to pick her up from Cayenne lounge in Bukoto in the wee hours of the morning, allegedly stranded.
A seemingly tearful Frank Gashumba also noted how his daughter has lost direction by going ahead to have a tattoo on her bum, something which is a sign of indiscipline.
In the same spirit, Frank Gashumba noted that his daughter has always dated “useless” boyfriends who include “God’s plan” whom he sarcastically referred to as “God’s thug” and another of Sheilah’s boyfriends whom he said has hair that is like that of Kony. According to Frank, all these boyfriends are unserious, are broke, and that they shouldn’t come anywhere near his precious daughter.
Gashumba also went ahead to note that upto date his daughter has never shown him her contract with “CHOP LIFE” a weekly night party that she hosts in town at the Garden City rooftop and also NBS TV where she presents a program called “AFTER 5” together with fellow hosts MC Kats, Douglass Lwanga, DVJ Mercy Pro and DJ Roger. He goes on to say that it would be prudent that he reads through these contracts and advises her accordingly as a parent.
Mr. Frank says that recently, he even has to first make an appointment to talk to his daughter, something which up-to-date he has failed to understand! How a father needs an appointment before talking to his daughter is what baffles Frank Gashumba. All this was revealed in audio where Frank sounded very disappointed and broken. He also told Diana to forward the audio to Sheila so that she can know how disappointed he is.
Mr. Frank Gashumba has always been known for coming out in public to defend his daughter whenever she does anything wrong or whenever she is attacked by any person.
Some of the people that have faced his wrath for attacking his daughter include Isaac Kawalya Kayz of NBS TV UNCUT, Samson Kasumba of NBS TV Live at 9, Robin Kisti, Tina Fierce, and many others. However, in the latest audio, Frank couldn’t hold it anymore but shared his anger with a friend about how his daughter is going astray. Unfortunately, this audio ended up on social media.
