Arguably the King of Uganda`s music – Jose Chameleone and veteran singer Ronald Mayinja on Wednesday shut down the streets of Kololo and Kamwokya after their epic performance at a one Liquor Shade bar who had a live band session with another artist Sarah Zawedde and her band, the Zawee band.

At the Liquor Shade Bar, they hold live band performances every Wednesday and Sunday and this time they had the Zawee Band to entertain their revellers and in attendance was former Eagles production singer Ronald Mayinja who had come with friends to catch up some vibes. In the transition of the performance, Sarah Zawedde the band leader invited Mayinja to give the audience a few songs by which he did, a gesture that made the audience give him a standing ovation.
As the band was progressing to give in more, they were surprised to see Jose Chameleon out of nowhere on stage who was in full happy moods and grabbed a microphone to do what he knows best- It was at this moment that the crowd which was caught by surprise went berserk as more and more other revellers were seen coming in to fill the bar as others stood out to watch from a distance.Mayinja yet again joined Chameleone on stage to sing with him “Kipepeo” and it was all shades of wonders as both artistes turned the building upside down with more dope performances to make everyone get off their seats to groove and dance to the tunes.Fans and music lovers yearned for more as Chameloene closed out what was indeed an amazing night of good music as well as encouraging these fans to come out for his 10th Febuary 2023 concert “Gwanga Mujje”
When Chameleone left to get out of the bar, he was intercepted by boda-boda cyclists who were many in numbers awaiting for him outside for photo moments and to escort him to his next destination.
Liqour Shade is found on Kira road just opposite City Oil Petrol station near the Kololo Arcacia building and this Sunday they host yet another band, Abeeka who are aguably the fast growing live music band in Uganda and gates will be open at exactly 4pm.
