Nigerian singer and songwriter Onyido Nkemjika a.k.a Ketchup almost lost his life when he suffered a serious accident at his home in Lagos, Nigeria.
The accident that Ketchup got involved in saw him hurt and fracture his cervical spine which left many feeling sorry and pity for the singer as he looked to be in severe pain.
Based on a clip that has since gone viral, the singer was seen laying down and helpless on the floor as friends surrounded him for help, Ketchup is said to have slid and fallen on his back, fracturing many bones.
Prior to the accident, his new video “Chebet” has been getting positive feedback for being a true story.
As an independent artiste since 2016, Ketchup planned his first tour of the year that he would traverse Africa & the rest of the world but based on the latest update about his health status, the tour is now hanging in the balance until the singer is fully fit.
