Nigeria`s rising musician Rema, real name Divine Ikubor has opened up about his bond with Mavin Records co-signee, Ayra Starr.
In a recent radio interview with Nigeria`s Cool FM, the “Calm down” singer revealed why he does not attend social events or parties without his female colleague, Ayra Starr.
According to the 22-year-old musician, Ayra is a ‘vibe’ and the life of the party, which is why he got to a point where he could no longer go out if she would not be going along.
The Singer also said that he bonds well with the latest Mavin artiste, Bayanni whenever they are in the studio.
Rema noted that he has a cool relationship with all the young artists in the record label, and bonds better with Bayanni whom he shares ideas with.
Meanwhile in the other news still from Nigeria, famous musician Paul Okoye, aka Rudeboy of the Psquare, has flaunted his new lover.
The singer found love again one year after he divorced his ex-wife, Anita Okoye.
In several posts on his Instagram story, Paul shared the trending video with his new lover in his house and in church with him earlier today.
He wrote, “Church With my beautiful. Gratitude to God.”
The video showed the duo with big smiles as they went together to church.
In August 2021, Anita requested the dissolution of her union with the singer. Details surrounding the failed marriage came from the leak of the official petition for the divorce, which cited irreconcilable differences as the basis of the irretrievable breakdown of the marriage.
