Ugandan TikTok personality Samantha Birungi, formerly known for her Kiwulenge/Piriton comedy character, has become the subject of fresh online buzz after reports surfaced claiming that she is pregnant and currently seeking support.
The latest claims began circulating on social media on August 21, 2026, with an X post referencing Samantha’s alleged pregnancy and appealing for assistance. The post also revived past allegations surrounding claims that she “stole money from the Kadamas.”
Samantha, who gained popularity on TikTok through comedy, lip-sync content and social commentary, has also spoken publicly in the past about her personal struggles, relationships and motherhood.
Clips from a recent TikTok Live are now making rounds online, with Samantha reportedly opening up about her current circumstances and describing her partner as a loving and caring man despite the challenges they have faced.
She is also said to have spoken about selling personalised T-shirts as a way of making ends meet, while claims circulating online allege that her husband is involved in selling marijuana.
However, the pregnancy claims and other details currently circulating largely originate from social media posts and TikTok clips, rather than confirmed mainstream reporting. The full circumstances surrounding Samantha’s current situation therefore remain unclear.
Samantha was previously a recognisable figure in Uganda’s online entertainment space, particularly around 2020–2022, when her Kiwulenge/Piriton character attracted considerable attention.
As the clips continue to spread, Ugandan social media users are now debating Samantha’s reported struggles and calling for clarity on her current situation.
