City pastor Apostle Jonathan Nalebo has opened up about life after his split from ex-wife Enid Mirembe, insisting he has no regrets about ending their marriage and is now happier and freer than he was during their seven-year union.
Nalebo announced the end of his marriage on social media about a year ago, taking responsibility for the shortcomings that contributed to the breakdown of their relationship.
Speaking in a recent conversation, the apostle revealed that life after the separation has given him a new sense of freedom, allowing him to do things he says he could not comfortably do while married.

He explained that he no longer has to worry about being questioned over his movements, joking that he can now return home at any time without having to explain himself.
“I can now go home at 4am. But those days they’d ask where you’re coming from,” he said.
Nalebo also revealed that he can now freely take pictures inside his home, claiming that during his marriage, his former wife discouraged him from doing so out of fear that the images could expose their residence to the public.
“But right now, I own where I stay,” he said.
Reflecting on his failed marriage, Nalebo urged young people to take their time before committing to marriage, warning them against rushing into decisions they may later find difficult to reverse.
He cautioned that marrying without careful thought could leave someone feeling trapped in a relationship they struggle to walk away from, encouraging young people to make such life-changing decisions with greater consideration.
