Fast budding recording artiste, Namukwaya Diana aka Spice Diana, is all smiles as her management team has reportedly flown in top American sound Engineers for her concert which is going to take place this Friday on the 13th of January 2023 at Lugogo Cricket oval here in Kampala.
Spice Diana has previously organized three concerts at Freedom city mall and it has always been success after success for her, thanks to her good vocals, nice music, and love from her fans and the media. Diana believes that this show is going to be so massive and that revelers should turn up in huge numbers.
While appearing on NBS TV, for an interview, Spice Diana revealed that her management team decided to hire the services of American sound engineers to sort out the issues of bad sound that have always plagued many Ugandan concerts. For a long time now, fans have always complained about the low-quality sound at events yet they pay a lot of money to attend them.
This problem usually goes to the side of the artists who fail to hire good equipment for their shows and the events managers that bring low-quality sound equipment because they have been paid pea nuts by musicians.
Good quality sound is key for any artiste who intends to have a successful show. This is why this time round, Spice Diana doesn’t want to take chances, but rather give the very best to her fans who have shown lots of love to her since the days of her hit single called ‘Onsanula.

For starters, a sound engineer is a person who is in charge of assembling and maintaining the technical equipment used to record, amplify and enhance, mix or reproduce sound. Their job is to basically work on improving the quality of sound either in the studio or at a live concert.
In order to make her show unique and top-notch, Spice Diana has also hired the services of renowned record producers Washington and Micheal Ouma to help with the live production of her show at Lugogo.
She further assured us that the stage and lighting are also being worked on keenly. Spice also says that she has been rehearsing for this show for the past three months and that she is more than ready.
When asked about whether she will perform a live session or play a recorded CD, Spice said that she will give her fans an electrifying live performance of all her songs. She also went ahead to complain about Uganda Revenue Authority’s new taxes targeting musicians yet the government has not invested anything in their craft.

Spice Diana is among the best female musicians in Uganda today, a darling of the media and one who has constantly avoided controversy. She has immensely benefited from the entertainment industry and has a personal recording studio called ’32 Records,’ a mansion on Salaama road among other strings of businesses. She is also an ambassador of Lato milk.
