Ugandan rapper Frank Mukiiza, popularly known as Feffe Bussi, has set his sights on an ambitious next move, revealing that he dreams of taking his music to the iconic Kololo Airstrip for his next concert.
The rapper, who has been inspired by fellow artistes King Saha and Ray G, said his desire to stage a concert at the massive venue is part of his philosophy of dreaming big, believing in oneself and working relentlessly to turn those dreams into reality.
Feffe Bussi explained that mentioning Kololo Airstrip should not be viewed as a guarantee, but rather as a way of challenging himself to aim higher and encouraging other artistes and fans to dream beyond what currently appears possible.
“It’s dreaming, and I think everyone should dream. Not everyone should follow every dream they get; I think some dreams one should just wait on. No artist won’t taste the pressure of organizing a concert,” Feffe Bussi said.
He went on to boldly declare that his next concert could be at Kololo Airstrip, recalling that he faced similar doubts before successfully staging his concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
“My next concert will be at Kololo Airstrip. Even that’s what happened before I staged my concert at Lugogo Oval because many doubted,” he added.
When asked why he would not first hold another concert at Lugogo before making the leap to Kololo, Feffe Bussi made it clear that he is not limiting himself to one venue.
According to the rapper, his next show could take place at any major venue, including Nakivubo, as long as his fans are willing to follow him.
“I might even take my fans to Nakivubo. So it’s all about working hard and dreaming big, believing in God and your fans,” he said.
Feffe Bussi’s bold declaration now sets the stage for his next major career move, with the rapper seemingly determined to keep raising the bar and challenging himself to conquer bigger stages.
