Ugandan singer Spice Diana has expressed disappointment over women who criticise and put down fellow women, making pointed remarks while responding to comments from her former friend, Prima Kadarshi.
Speaking during an interview with BBS TV, the singer initially appeared reluctant to comment on the matter but eventually questioned why women would choose to tear each other down despite the challenges they face.
Spice Diana argued that women go through numerous difficulties, including changes in their bodies as they age and health-related challenges, making it unfortunate when they turn against one another.
“Makes me wonder how that woman was raised because as women we go through a lot with our bodies changing with age, health problems, so it’s unfortunate to see her put another woman down yet when you look at her she isn’t perfect either,” she said.
The singer suggested that women should instead support and uplift one another rather than concentrate on each other’s imperfections.
Reflecting on the end of her friendship with Prima Kadarshi, Spice Diana said she has come to appreciate their separation, suggesting that some people leaving one’s life can ultimately be for the best.

“I actually thank God our friendship ended because some people leave you and it’s for the best. Instead, if they stayed, they’d have done something much worse,” she said.
Her remarks indicate that she has made peace with the breakdown of their friendship and does not regret the separation.
Spice Diana also addressed the criticism she continues to receive, maintaining that she does not deliberately seek conflict with others. She suggested that some disagreements arise from how other people feel about her.
“I don’t have issues with people but it’s usually on them and how they feel that they can’t hide it and end up making up issues with me, but they reach a time and realise it wasn’t worth it fighting me,” she said.
The singer further criticised people who choose hostility instead of working on themselves, arguing that personal improvement would be more constructive than spreading hatred.
