Media personality Doreen Nasasira has addressed the online body-shaming attacks directed at her eyes following a controversial video in which she said she would never date a financially broke man.
Nasasira revealed that she has seen the insults and edited images circulating online, with some critics allegedly mocking her appearance and speculating about possible health conditions.
The criticism intensified after her interview on KFM went viral, prompting some users to share cartoons and photographs highlighting differences in the appearance of her eyes.
However, Nasasira has dismissed the attacks and insisted that she is fine, describing her eyes as attractive and romantic.
“I have seen some photos highlighting my eyes. Someone drew a cartoon showing one of my eyes bigger than the other. They started this after my KFM video that has since gone viral,” she said.
She added that some online critics had called her names and claimed she had suffered a stroke, lazy eye or Bell’s palsy.
“I am being called lame; some say I got a stroke, lazy eye, Bell’s palsy – a lot. But I just have sexy eyes. These are romantic eyes,” Nasasira stated.
