Singer Chosen Becky has vowed to hunt down the person behind a fake social media account that allegedly used the photograph of a deceased woman while making romantic advances toward her husband, Abdul Ssekajja.
The singer was left furious after discovering that the profile picture of a woman who had allegedly been sending intimate messages to her husband did not belong to the person behind the account.
The drama started when Becky took to social media to complain about women she claims regularly send romantic and intimate messages to her husband despite knowing that he is married.
To support her claims, the singer shared screenshots of WhatsApp conversations allegedly sent by a woman identified as Elizabeth, who appeared to be interested in starting a romantic relationship with Abdul.
Becky expressed frustration over what she described as the persistent attempts by women to pursue her husband.
She also made it clear that she considers her marriage off-limits to anyone hoping to win over Abdul.
However, the controversy took a shocking turn after Becky discovered that the profile photograph used by the alleged admirer did not belong to the person sending the messages.
According to the singer, people who knew the woman in the photograph contacted her after she shared the screenshots and informed her that the woman had already passed away.
Becky was subsequently told that the photograph belonged to the late Stella Senyonyi.
The revelation left the singer questioning who was actually operating the account and why the identity of a deceased woman was allegedly being used.
Becky described the alleged use of Stella’s photograph as deceptive and deeply insensitive, particularly because the image reportedly belongs to someone who is no longer alive.
At the same time, she expressed respect for the late Stella Senyonyi and extended her sympathies to her family.
