DJ Jacob Omutuuze has launched a blistering attack on women who put a man’s money before love when choosing a partner, declaring that such women are not only financially broke but also “poor and broke” deep down in their hearts.
Omutuuze’s fiery remarks come amid a heated debate over whether women should date for love or money, a conversation reignited by his friend Doreen Nasasira after she openly revealed that when she dates, she looks at money first and allows love to come later.
However, Omutuuze has strongly rejected that approach, arguing that making a man’s wallet the deciding factor in a serious relationship is a sign of poor values, discipline and manners.
“In this age and era, if a woman only looks at a man’s pocket or wallet when considering a partner to settle with, that woman is both poor and broke from deep down her heart, in manners, discipline and everything at large,” Omutuuze said.
He further insisted that genuine love cannot be built around financial benefits, warning that someone who claims to love another person because of their wealth may not truly be in love with them.
“Love is bigger and greater than money. If you find someone saying they are in love with a person because of their money, just know that person doesn’t love their partner. Love is not built that way,” he added.
