Renowned Ugandan social media influencer Zayra Baby has opened up about her regrets after undergoing a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedure during a trip to Nigeria, admitting that the cheap surgery left her with complications.
Zayra Baby revealed that her buttocks sometimes appear unusually hard, disfigured and distorted, with the shape seemingly changing depending on how she sits or sleeps.
According to the influencer, she suspects that the problem could have been caused by sleeping on her buttocks only hours after undergoing the procedure.

She explained that while there are moments when her BBL appears to be in the right position, it can later twist or become distorted, leaving her with an outcome she is not happy about.
Zayra Baby has consequently warned women against choosing cheap options when considering cosmetic surgery, saying the complications she experienced have made her rethink the decision.
“I did a BBL. I don’t know why you didn’t follow up, but I did it the last time I visited Nigeria. Very cheap,” she revealed.
“But there comes a time when it twists. That’s why I think you don’t even recognize it. It’s not in position. It twists, twists. I think it’s because I slept on it immediately after it was done.”
She further explained that her buttocks sometimes feel extremely hard, adding that she believes the quality of the clinic and her failure to properly follow post-surgery instructions may have contributed to the problem.
“I don’t recommend any other person to do BBL because if I tell what happened… Mine, I think I slept on it. When sleeping on it, there’s when it’s in the right position, then in the wrong one, and sometimes hard as a stone. I got a problem with it,” she said.
Despite the experience, Zayra Baby revealed that she is considering undergoing another procedure, this time with a more expensive doctor, in the hope of achieving a better and more noticeable result.
“I think it’s all about the fact that I did it from a cheap place. I’m going to change the doctor. I think you will give me time to recognize my BBL this round,” she added.
