Singer Gloria Bugie has revealed that she is still considering hosting her maiden concert at Namboole National Stadium, despite being unable to secure the venue at the moment.
The “Nyash” hitmaker explained that when her team approached the relevant authorities to book the stadium, they were informed that it is still undergoing renovations and has already been reserved for the 2027 AFCON tournament.

Despite the setback, Gloria says her management team, HitBoss, is continuing to scout for an even bigger and suitable venue within Kampala to stage her first major concert.
“I am still looking for the biggest venue in Kampala to host my concert. I was considering Namboole, but I heard it is still booked for the 2027 AFCON, so I’m still looking for a bigger venue,” Gloria said.
She added that once the stadium is fully available for public events, she will once again submit a request to book Namboole for her concert, saying it remains one of her dream venues for the show.
